Wheel
Stops are an essential part of any car park, designed to inhibit
encoachment into an opposing parking space, or contact with
a building or high kerb. Our recycled rubber and plastic wheel
stops have been designed as economical and durable alternative
to the cubersome concrete style.
Our
rubber wheel stops weigh approximately 18kg against nearly 100
kg for concrete. This means one person alone can install our
wheel stops against two people with lifting equipments for its
concrete counterpart, a considerable cost saving.
The
wheel stops is moulded from a tough, recycled rubber compound
and is finished with a highly visible yellow harzard parttern.
It is 100mm high to coply with the recently update New Zealand
and Austrlian Standard AS28901.1. There are three 20mm diameter
fixing points on the wheel stop, all recessed to hide the fixings.
The
unit can be supplied complete with fixings, simply specify the
type of surface, bitumen or concrete.
